Projekteeritud hoone asub krundi keskosas, lubatud hoonestusala piirides. Kinnistu on piiratud loodes külgneva Leerimäe teega ning kõigis teistes külgedes krunti piirava Kaare teega. Hoone arhitektuurikäsitlus on lihtne ning naaberhoonestust arvestav. Peamisteks viimistlusmaterjalideks on värvitud betoonpind ja puitlaudis. Päikeseküllastes ilmakaartes asuvad aknad kaetakse metallist žalusiidega. Ruumilahendus on optimaalne, laiade liikumis- ja hajumisaladega. Rühmade ruumiprogramm on identne.
