The building consists of one-story and two-story volumes that are connected with each other. The entrance to the building is in the end of the lower, but longer part. The taller and box-shaped volume is in the back of the site and is accessible through the lower part. For privacy reasons all windows and glazed doors are located mainly to the North of the building. Partly lowered building volume and also gable roof is used to discretely integrate Vabarna road 42 private house into the surrounding neighborhood.
